Okudo Dashi (Original)
It is a blend of Soda-bushi from Tosashimizu, Kochi prefecture Japan, which is created with an old-fashioned manufacturing method more than 300 years old, and dried sardines from Kumamoto Prefecture to bring out a deep taste.
In addition, the salt used is Mongolian crystal rock salt with high purity and cleanliness.
The soup stock is produced without using any chemical seasonings or preservatives!
